Who you gonna call?
If parents have trouble resolving a problem with their child's school, the first step is to discuss the situation with the school's administration. If the issue is still unresolved, contact the executive directors of elementary education at 678-2417 or secondary education at 678-2420, depending on the grade of the child. The next step for unresolved concerns is the associate superintendent for curriculum and instruction at 678-2407. Once these possibilities are exhausted, parents may contact the superintendent's office at 678-2312.
