Nightlife in Fayetteville
There's a thriving night-life scene in Fayetteville, with the heart of the town becoming a popular destination for bar-hopping. The city and its surrounding area boasts dance clubs, bars and breweries.
A list of local festivals
One of the more unusual local festivals is Aberdeen's Sardine Festival. It was started in 1993 by Randall Moss, who wanted a place to eat sardines where the smell wouldn't bother anybody. The festival is always held the second Friday in October.
Where to eat in Fayetteville
Fayetteville folks love their food. And they love new restaurants. Whenever a new establishment opens, you can expect opening weekend to be packed. Just look at Panera and Aspen Creek, two new restaurants that have opened to crowds - and continue to thrive. Mellow Mushroom and Chipotle are on the way, and we don't expect any different.
